This can also include “Communities of Interest” which cover a wider geographical area.  While groups will be using a range of activities, 50% of the available funds to go to sports projects. £1,000 - £10,000 grants.

Suffolk County Council is seeking expressions of interest for the provision of support services within the community for children and young people with additional needs.  The service should enable disabled children and young people to be supported and cared for in their own homes or within a community setting, on a regular basis and in times of crisis. It should also, ensure there are just and fair processes for disabled children and young people, the service impacts on systems that discriminate, and ensures that young people play an active part in decisions that affect their own lives and develop self determination.  The potential maximum value during the maximum contract duration (three years plus an extension of two years) is £825,000 for all three lots (north, west, south).
