Details:

The STEPs project is aimed at developing the capacity of community groups across Norfolk to engage people in first level learning.  The project provides a range of engagement activities to raise the skills, aspirations and achievement of young people and adults from disadvantaged communities with a particular focus on under-represented groups.  Embedded Skills for Life and IAG are integral to the project, enabling a progression route into further learning.  All your staff time costs are covered and this is an excellent opportunity to capacity build your individual organisations and your service users.  See here for more information.
