The STEPs project is aimed at developing the capacity of community groups across Norfolk to engage people in first level learning. The project provides a range of engagement activities to raise the skills, aspirations and achievement of young people and adults from disadvantaged communities with a particular focus on under-represented groups. Embedded Skills for Life and IAG are integral to the project, enabling a progression route into further learning. All your staff time costs are covered and this is an excellent opportunity to capacity build your individual organisations and your service users.
