learn EAST is a network of six county-based learning consortia and partnerships, each bringing together a wide range of Third Sector learning, covering the East of England. The Network is completed by COVER, the Community and Voluntary Sector Forum for the Eastern Region.

New Third Sector PhD Scholarship
The successful candidate will be registered as a full time PhD student within Cranfield School of Management for 4 years from September 2010. Full-time fees will be paid in addition to a bursary of £13,500 per year to cover living expenses.
