Minutes, proposed questionnaire and steering group slots

Many thanks to all of you who were able to make our working groups. Please see your respective working group areas to find these minutes.
Attached here is the proposed questionnaire to be used with the learning consortia, as informed during working groups. I will need any feedback on these before this Thursday (13th). I have tight deadlines to be working on this, hence the short timescales. You may find some of your group's proposed questions coming under other working groups where there has been overlap.
Steering group dates - I send attached here links to 'Doodle' some dates for the steering group (many thanks to Ben Higham for this suggestion!). If you were an attendee at the first set of working groups, then please see if there are any times you can put yourself down for that first slot. If you were unable to attend that first set of working groups, then please still see if you are able to put yourself forward for one of the other (2nd or 3rd) steering group slots. People will only be expected to attend one Steering group on behalf of their working group, but maybe still put yourself down for more than one Steering group (if you are able) to allow us to assign the appropriate date to the appropriate people, depending on how those dates pan out. Where we have more than one person putting themselves forward from each working group for a given slot, I shall contact these people to ascertain which one will be attending. We will need people to respond quickly for the first slot to allow us to get this organised.
