New funds added
See Funding page and scroll down to fund holders of more information in any of the below:
- LSC/ESF Community Grants. This is a second additional round due to left over funds. Up to £12,000 available for each organisation. An excellent opportunity!
- Tesco Small Grants - £1,000 - £4,000, for groups specialising in disabilities, elderly children and families
- Social Care Institute for Excellence – Funding for IT to support adult care providers, both to support staff and service users
- Children’s Workforce Development - a number of current tenders: research; training childcare staff; outreach work.

Have you benefited from Norfolk Unites?
There is a regional event in Cambridge on March 22nd looking at Learn East members (Norfolk Unites being one) and presenting the work to Prime Contractors and local authorities. We are looking for a case study or two where people feel they have benefited from Norfolk Unites. If it is that you can’t attend but would like to give us a little quote then please email us! If you are interested in giving a short presentation to this group, then also please contact us!
Skills Funding Agency

Skills for Life Support Programme
The Skills for Life Support Programme is offering training for those who are currently teaching or supporting maths and numeracy on a range of and focuses on numeracy teaching and learning and learner progression and will be delivered by trainers who are experienced regional numeracy experts. NEET sport course
A new 5 day programme focusing on outdoor activities with embedded team work will lead onto an E2E Sport programme that will run for 10 weeks. The course is aimed at 16-18 NEET young people and we are running an open morning on 15th February from 10-1pm for young people to have a go and sign up for the course. See here for more information.
Third sector success in delivering to the LSC
