Employability Skills Explored 

LSN research. - This research explores the issue of employability skills. Through an expert seminar, LSN investigated the views of the post-16 education sector on the skills people need to be employable, current policy that is driving the focus on the acquisition of skills and a shared definition of employability skills. Working with YouGov, LSN then surveyed 1137 employers to get their views on skills and what they consider necessary for employment.
