Self Assessment
The Norfolk Mentoring Network Development Group has developed and piloted a Self Assessment framework to allow partner organisations to assess the quality of their mentoring provision. The framework was adapted from the National framework and concentrates on four key areas:
- Management and support
- Training and support
- Processes and resources
- Review and evaluation
The Self Assessment Framework can be found attached along with a Training Needs pro-forma to help us to identify the priority training needs for the Network. Please return the Training Needs pro-forma to Andy Hodgson on andy@theNLPteam.com.
