Workshop responses
Each delegate took part in 3 of the 5 workshops. These workshop groups mirrored the working groups that will be undertaken: Communication/Engagement; Model; Quality/Systems; Finance; Legal.
Attached here are the full set of responses given at Unite 2, separated into each of these 5 areas and in response to the three questions that were given to each workshop:
1) What should a working group on this theme cover?
2) What experience/previous work/materials are you aware of locally, regionally, nationally which could help us in this area of work?
3) What potential problems/issues/pitfalls could arise in this area of consortium development work and how could they possibly be overcome?
The above responses have also been divided and presented in the respective working group areas for use by those groups.
